Iron Victory Totem, Dropped by :, Chaos Tigriff, Chaotic Chinchilizard, Chaotic Horcboar, Chaotic Koalion, Chaotic Lemurphant, Chaotic Rhison, Chaotic Vulture. 
Besides this weapon you can also find several other items, which are good but easy to get.
